Assessments
- Complete psychological assessments and will provide services in accordance with the regulations, standards of professional conduct and guidelines of HPCSA.
- Administer psychological tests, score test results, interpret test data and write comprehensive reports based o detailed raw reports.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for follow up assessments dates.
- Provide feedback to candidates and clients, observe and interview incumbents to obtain information about the physical, mental and educational requirements for jobs as well as information about aspects such as job satisfaction.
- Write reports on research findings and implication to contribute to general knowledge and to suggest potential changes in organizational functioning.
- Facilitate organizational development and change, identify training and developing needs.
